11-15-11: NEW KID IN TOWN

Say hi to Charlie!

 02-19-11: NEW FRIENDS

Here are my newest pics! I'd like to introduce you to Matt and Irena. I met them during a show I was playing at. Cool couple, like me and Joyce!!

07-04-10: WHERE'S THE BEEF?

Hey now, look who stopped by for my cookout on the Fourth! Or, was it for my 10th anniversary with Joyce? Hmmmmm...maybe you should decide for yourself!

Speaking of Joyce, here she is resting by a relaxing fountain at the mall. Doesn't she look happy and relaxed?

Below, Dad and Becky are relaxing on the couch.

Ok, we've seen these folks around already. You know who they are, right?

And then, here's Becky standing out on the deck in the blazing heat. No, the food isn't ready yet!

Meanwhile, here's me with George...

05-16-10: CLASSIC! LOOK WHO SHOWED UP!

Would you believe I'm standing here with none other than Sonny, my long-lost uncle? He's a classic/antique car lover, as you can tell by his T-shirt.

I was so happy that he made the trip to good ol' Nashville and stopped by to visit! Hold on a second...let me wipe the tear from my eye...that's better! :)

04-24-10: WELL, I THINK THIS SHOT JUST ABOUT SAYS IT ALL...

Great things happen when good friends get together. Dang, that should be the slogan for a beer company! Don't anyone get any ideas, now...you hear?

05-25-09: WHAT A SURPRISE!

I went to Hooters one day with my cousin Michael, and this wonderfully hot waitress came up to me and said she saw me jammin' with the band one night! Wow, I was quite surprised! Not that she saw me jammin' on stage with the band, but that she volunteered to take this picture with me!

And for that, I'll always know her as my "One Hot Fan".

She IS hot, but aren't all the Hooters girls hot? Why is that?

05-25-09: MY COUSIN MICHAEL ALSO LOVES HOOTERS...

...and the restaurant too! Just so you know, I really had no idea he was flipping me a bird in this shot.

What a character, but I gotta love him!

As for the look on my face, well, that's because I got a good look at the new Hooters Girl of the Month.

Enough said.

09-21-08: MY NEXT GUEST STOPS BY THE "BRIGHT BLUE" STUDIO

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the show my good friend Kevin Bernard! (the audience goes wild). Yep, that's right...another Kevin. This guy pops in from time to time all the way from Georgia with his wife Renatta, but sometimes my wife and I go visit them instead. We're great friends and have some fun times together. And yes, this is the same Kevin as the one in the 6th picture down with me and Renatta.

On today's show, we're talking about life, my silly cat, music, why he's wearing tan pants, and other crazy stuff. That's just what we do. You just have to be here! And when the Bud Light starts flowing, it just gets better!

Well, looks like we're out of time. I'd like to thank my guest Kevin Bernard for stopping in today, and I'll be right back after this word from Bud Light...my favorite beer! Stay tuned...BURP!!

09-06-08: LOOK WHAT THE COOKOUT DRAGGED IN!

I threw a huge cookout today for 40 people, and man are my grills tired! Among those  hungry folks was my buddy Kevin Ryan! I was surprised to see him, so I thought I'd snap a picture of us as evidence. Thanks for stopping by Kevin! Don't be a stranger.

07-14-07: A VISIT TO THE HOME TOWN

On a trip into Knoxville TN, I stopped by to get this shot of me and my cousin Michael, the driver of the "Ladder 9" fire truck for one of the city's fire departments.

By the way, please support you local firefighters! They ROCK!

Pull right & stop!

Oh yeah, I always wanted to know what it was like to sit in the front of a fire truck with the headset on...so I tried it out!

Not too bad, but can't you just hear the following conversation?

Kriss: "Well, sir, I've got my headset on! I'm ready for action!"

Michael: "Hear that? We just got a call! Get down from there!"

Kriss: "But can't I go with you and run the sirens and sound the horn too? That would be awesome!"

Michael: "Uh, no."

Kriss: "Bummer."

Knoxville also happens to be the home of my very own web site designer, Dave Long! I snapped this picture of us for proof that he does exist, no matter what my wife says.

Yep, he's the one that does this whole web site for me. We've been friends since high school. He's currently single, years old, likes music,  computers, and graphical stuff like web pages and videos. I don't mean to make this a singles page or anything, I just thought you ladies might want to know!

Who are those 2 people standing next to me at the right? Only the coolest married couple I know! They are Renatta and Kevin. We always have fun when we get together.

08-21-06: TO THE GREAT STATE OF IOWA AND BACK

Check it out! This is the first entry in my travel journal! Let me start it out with a tale of my recent adventure to Omaha, Nebraska, and then to Carroll County in Iowa. First I had to stop over in Chicago (a truly awesome place if you ever get the chance to go). I ate at Harry Caray's Restaurant.

Man! Damn good food, nice folks, and not too bad on the prices either!

While at the airport I ran into Jake and Elwood (you know, the Blues Brothers). Jim Belushi (John's brother) has really come a long way and he does have his own show out called "According To Jim", which is great.

I would like to send a special, heart-felt thanksto God and to the pilots that flew me all around for a very safe trip! Once I arrived in Nebraska, I had to hit the ground running. I was there for a funeral, a wedding, and a vacation, all rolled into one!

I went  to Carroll County, Iowa, not realizing the number of fans DSYYZ had there. Thank you! You all rock! All and all, the trip was awesome! The band would like to thank all the fans in Carroll County Iowa!

Also, while in Carroll County, Iowa, I got to meet Joyce's cousin Rich. That's him standing next to me in the picture at the right. He claims to be my number one fan. I'm cool with that!

My band, DSYYZ, has been known to just show up and play! So, you never know (and sometimes I don't know)!

I just finished playing a full set in the great city of Cartersville, Georgia. I had a great time and I'd like to say thanks to all the fans that showed up for the show. Cartersville ROCKS!

Well, that's it for now, but there will be more coming to this page.

Be good everyone, God bless us all, and take care!

-Kriss Brown
